They are, either you can block the person from sending you Facebook app requests or you can block the app. One of the most played game is Candy Crush Saga, but no doubt Farmville, Farm Heroes Saga, Pet Rescue Saga, Criminal Case, Dragon Saga also get interrupted with app requests from your friends. Here in this article I am going to show you how to block Facebook app requests.
Block an app on Facebook
If you are not interested in using a certain app in Facebook then simply block the app. To block an app, firstly open Facebook and login with your Username and password. At the top right of the screen click on the downward arrow and select Settings. Select the blocking tab on the next screen. The option to block the apps is at very bottom of the page i.e. Block apps and in the text field start typing the name of the app. If you change your mind and want to play the app just approach to this option click Unblock.
If you have to turn off the notifications of the app without blocking it, then click on the notifications icon and shift your pointer over the notification. At the end of the each notification there appears two options one is “a little circle” and the other is“x”. Click on the “x” option to turn off and you should not receive the notifications of the particular one.
Block all app requests from a Facebook friend
Are you getting Facebook from lots of games and from the same from Facebook friends? There is a way to block app requests on your Facebook someone sending you. To block app requests, go to Settings, and click on blocking tab. This time you have to move your cursor to Block app invites. Start typing the name of the person in the text field or select them in the list that appears to block.
Stop Facebook apps posting on your behalf
Go to Settings menu and click on the Apps tab. Search the app you want to stop posting on your behalf and select it. At the top of the next screen you will see App Visibility at first. In that select only me in the drop down options and then click on save.
Deleting apps from your Facebook profile
Go to the Settings menu and click on the Apps tab. A list of all Facebook apps they have connected to their account will appeared here. You can delete the app by clicking the “x” on the right side of the app and here you also manage the visibility and if you need you can also turn off notifications.
Hide app activity in News feed
In Facebook there is a way to hide the app organic stories. To hide the app, click the arrow at the top right corner in the News feed and click hide. When you click on this you will able to hide future app stories from that person and app.
