Limit gadget use during and after work hours

Encourage employees to limit their device use, most especially after work hours. Don’t let them fall asleep scrolling through their phones and then sleeping beside them. Create a fun working environment
The way to do this is to set up recreational spots in the office. Most companies are doing this, so their employees can de-stress after a hectic schedule. Have board games on hand, or set up a ping pong table. Get games that can be a collaborative effort or can encourage sharp thinking skills. However, set rules on when employees can use these games. It is important that they do their job first. If they need a break from what they’re doing, limit their time playing these games.
